The association “Buongustai ApulianClub” was created in 2007 as a non-profit association in order to preserve and promote popular, agricultural an wine and food Apulian traditions throught wine and food tours, cuisine an pastisserie courses, theme nights, tasting and events. Tastes and territory become a unique “land” to explore with ApulianClub: among fortified rural settlements, peasant culture an sea culture diches, Apulian historical and artist heritage, its tradition, its people and tourists all participate, share and witness a wide and rich culture. ApulianClub with its cultural project promotes a tourism that respect the environment.

Cuisine courses are very appreciated, to live, as protagonists, the contact with table perfumes, but not only: apart from the Apulian roots, ApulianClub gourmets also overlooked” Mediterranean coasts (Spain, North Africa, Greece and Turkey) in gastronomic tours able to give back  the sense of other close ways of cooking that share the sea, sun warmth and many other products with the hill off Italy. <<Our will, says president Roberto Petrosillo - is to offer these taste experiences, organising courses  with italian and international cuisine specialities>>.
