The association “Buongustai Apulian Club” was created in 2007 as a no-profit association in order to preserve and promote popular, agricultural and wine and food Apulian tradition through wine and food tours, cuisine and patisserie courses, theme nights, tasting and events. Tastes and territory become a unique “land” to explore with Apulian Club: among fortified rural settlements, peasant culture and sea culture dishes, Apulian historical and artistic heritage, its traditions, its people and tourists all participate, share and witness a wide and rich culture.

Apulian Club with its cultural project promotes a tourism that respects the environment. Cuisine courses are very appreciated, to live, as protagonists, the contact with table perfumes, but not only: apart from the Apulian roots, Apulian Club gourmets also “overlooked” Mediterranean coasts (Spain, North Africa, Greece and Turkey) in gastronomic tours able to give back the sense of other close ways ok cooking that share the sea, sun, warmth and many ther other products with the hill of Italy. <<Our will, says president Roberto Petrosillo – is to offer these taste experiences, organising courses with Italian an International cuisine specialites>>. The Chef Leonardo Amoruso, who takes care of the courses, follows him saying:<<cuisine is an art and just like culture therefore it has to be promoted>>.

Nutritional science, insights and popular music all surround the main elements of the association: good table and cheerfulness.
